The main components of the personnel finance includes the consumer loans, retirement plans, saving account, insurance policies, investment in the stock market, credit cards and consumer loans, income tax management and social security benefits.

Generally, the personal finance takes the five types of steps such as execution, setting goals, monitoring and reassessment, creating a plan and assessment. These five steps are explained below:
